No matter the damage, repair is a great option when there are leaks or other damage to your roof without a need for a full roof replacement; it can save you money and be the most cost-efficient in the long run. Common issues that may require a repair may include leaks, damaged shingles, and storm damage.
Even if it's just a minor roof leak or tear in your roof, it's incredibly important not to ignore it and to call a reliable roofing contractor to come out and fix the issue. Not doing so can lead to further damage due to water damage, mold, or other structural issues that will leave your roof too far gone for repairs and leave you with the need for a full replacement. For emergency repairs, minor repairs, or any other structural damage, we are the roofing experts you can trust who will provide you with the peace of mind you need for a properly repaired roof that will last you the test of time.
IF YOU'RE NOTICING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF ISSUES ON YOUR ROOF, IT'S TIME TO CALL US FOR EITHER ROUTINE OR EMERGENCY ROOF REPAIR
If you're noticing any cracking or curling to your shingles, or any shingles are missing.
This can be both on your roof or below it (like noticing the leak while inside your home)
If you're not sure whether your roof has taken any damage due to hail, wind, or other debris, t's worth giving us a call. Our roof inspections are comprehensive and we can let you know whether your roof is fully functional or not so you can have peace of mind.
If you're noticing any sagging to your roof or weakening to the home or general structure, it's definitely time to look at some repairs.
Roof inspections make sure you aren't getting any work done that you don't need, and will also help to understand if the damage is something your insurance company is likely to help you cover or not with an insurance claim. We will see what the damage is (if there is any) and give you a full breakdown of what we are seeing and what our recommendations are for repair.
2. INITIATE THE INSURANCE CLAIM:
After we've done the full inspection and informed you for the damage, we'll contact your insurance company to report it, including any documentation we've gathered. They'll either approve the claim or send an insurance adjuster themselves to assess the damage as well. You should make sure we will be there when the adjuster is to guarantee all damage is noticed and noted by them.
3. REVIEW INSURANCE ESTIMATE:
After the inspection, your insurance company will give us an estimate of what will be covered for repair costs. We'll go over this estimate with you and let you know the difference with our roof repair quote. We'll also help with any negotiations with the insurance company to get as much of the repair cost covered as possible.
4. CHOOSE A REPAIR METHOD:
There are different repair methods for different types of damage, so it's important that an expert does this rather than you trying to DIY it to ensure the proper method is used and to prevent further damage in the future.
5. PERFORM THE REPAIR
Once all of the t's are crossed and i's are dotted, we'll get to work on the repair as quickly and efficiently as possible.
6. POST-JOB INSPECTION
Of course we want to make sure the job was done right! After our team of expert roofers has performed the repair, we'll conduct a thorough inspection on your roof.
7. WALK-THROUGH WITH YOU
You don't have to just take our word for it; we can walk you through the job that's been done to make sure you're happy with it and review everything we did.
8. ENJOY YOUR ROOF, ENJOY YOUR LIFE
Now you can get on with your day with the knowledge that you and your family are covered (literally).
